The partnership aims to drive forward new autonomous underwater technologies that support more sustainable and cost-efficient offshore energy operations. Next-generation autonomous underwater technology “At the core of the collaboration is the Eelume S an all-terrain autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) developed to support inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) of critical subsea infrastructure,” says Thomas Nygaard, CEO of Eelume. “With its modular design, extended endurance, and high-precision data acquisition capabilities, Eelume S offers a smart, safe, and sustainable solution for increasingly complex underwater environments.” “Eelume S is designed to operate smarter, safer, and cleaner.
