PMH supplies products and complete solutions for dynamic positioning, steering gears, maneuvering systems, hydraulic systems, deck equipment and thrusters. In November they became a member of Ocean Autonomy Cluster.

PHM has a long history, going back to 1968 under the name Petter’s Marine Hydraulics.

– We have produced and supplied high quality solutions for maritime vessels for over 50 years. PMH has built up excellent working relationships with shipowners and yards at home and abroad, says Stein Are Ystmark, CEO of PMH Norway.

Today the company has seventeen employees and aims to be a bigger part of the autonomous development.

– Today we deliver parts of autonomous systems, but in the future, we want to become more involved, says Ystmark.

He believes that autonomy is the future, both on sea and land.

– The future for autonomy at sea is very exciting. That is why we want to be a part of it and want to be more involved, says Ystmark.

– I am certain that we will see more and more autonomy in both ships av vehicles on land.

Equipment from PMH is supplied to customers within the offshore, passenger transport, fishing, freight and aquaculture industries.
