Friday Forum: Nyhavna – Norway's Silicon Harbor

Trondheim has a world-leading environment in marine technology, and Nyhavna now hosts both startups, academia, and research within this area, with the potential to be a world-class innovation center. This will also be strengthened by relocating the Science Center to Nyhavna.

At the Friday Forum on February 16th at the Chamber of Commerce, Frode Halvorsen - Cluster Leader, Ocean Autonomy Cluster, Morten Breivik - Associate Professor at NTNU, Bernt Schjetne, CEO of OceanTech Innovation AS, Åshild Adsen - Director, Science Center in Trondheim, Andreas Frøseth Amundsen, Head of ASV at Njord, and Ragnar Eggen, CFO of Clean Sea Solutions, presented their ambitions for the development of the world's best marine technology environment at Nyhavna in Trondheim.
